The service

Homework helps a household track recurring work and exchange Gratitude Coins, notes, and rewards. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Accounts and eligibility

• You must be at least 13 to hold your own account, and at least 18 to create a household and be its billing owner.
• Child accounts are created and supervised by a parent or guardian within their household. The adult who creates them is responsible for that use.
• Keep your password confidential. You’re responsible for activity under your account.
• Provide accurate information and keep it current.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Homework to:

• break the law or infringe someone’s rights;
• upload content that is harmful, harassing, or that you don’t have the right to share;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service;
• resell or commercially exploit the service without our permission.

Subscriptions, trial, and billing

• New households get a 30-day free trial of the full app.
• After the trial, the service is $25 per household, per year, billed annually to the household’s billing owner. Applicable taxes may be added.
• You can cancel anytime from the app; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion. [PAYMENT PROCESSOR] handles payment; their terms also apply.
• If our price changes, we’ll give notice before it applies to your next renewal.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you put into Homework. You grant us the limited license needed to store, display, and process it to operate the service for your household. You’re responsible for your content and for having the right to share it with your household.

Availability

We aim for a reliable service but don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. The service is provided “as is” without warranties to the fullest extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using Homework and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end an account that violates these terms or creates risk for other users, and we’ll give notice where practical.

Changes to these terms

We’ll post changes here and update the date. If a change is material, we’ll notify you in the app or by email. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

Governing law
